We started to use Cloud PBX※1(Omnia LINK)

We started the external sales of Omnia LINK.

On the verge of our 20th anniversary of the company's founding, we decided to be a public company for further growth. Three years later, we listed the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Trends in the Group's Net Sales

We have used Omnia LINK for our contact centers since we acquired iBRID, Co, Ltd. We could propose our cliant including expand our center capacities. Because Omnia LINK is cloud-based, we did not need long delivery time, and large-scale investment.
